About Us
The Graceful Etiquette Institution transforms the lives of children and adults through etiquette workshops and training, preparing them for growth and success. Our fun, hands-on, and interactive workshops reflect the current growing emphasis on social and emotional learning of character and confidence in today's youth as they become tomorrow's successful leaders.

About The Founder
Our founder, Sheila Waye-Robinson, is a Certified Etiquette Consultant. Sheila is trained and certified by From the Inside Out School of Etiquette in Sunrise, Florida. She lives in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband and their two daughters and granddaughter. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration and a Masters in Elementary Education. Sheila also has a background in real estate.
Sheila started Graceful Etiquette Institution primarily to work with children, teenagers, and adults instructing proper manners, social skills, and business workshops. As a Certified Etiquette Consultant, she believes that proper etiquette and mannerism are imperative to the success of the next generation. Her school educator role gave her invaluable insights into children's behavior in school settings and in public. Her vibrant personality, engaging style, and easy approach invite audience interaction as she teaches them good manners, proper etiquette, and basic kindness towards others.
In addition to teaching children and adults on etiquette, she has been an event planner for several years with a strong focus on weddings.
When she is not working to positively impact others, Sheila enjoys traveling, exercising, volunteering, and spending time with family.
